Okay, so every year, Pepsi Tournament isn't in our area. I look forward to the road trip 'cause it's always fun and you get to go to new lanes and whatever. Not this year! Noooo... Pepsi just HAPPENS to be in the one alley that I'm really not good at bowling at in the Lawton/Ft. Sill area. Twin Oaks.
I'm now officiallydreading the Pepsi tournament. Not. cool.
I really need monday to come around. I can't wait for that book (Maximum Ride: The Final Warning) to come out. Gaaaahhhh...
How's that for a title? Just to get the total feel of it all, you should say it really, really fast. It sounds funny.
Seeing as how the High School Bowling is over, I'm back to bowling once a week, and mum's still got her leagues. Things have slowed down, and I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing....
-BOWLING-
Yeah, I've been doing quite well. I've had a 503, 530, and a 526 back to back to back. That was pretty awesome. I almost had another all spare game last Saturday, too. Then, I had to go and strike in the tenth. It was an AMAZING ball. It should have struck. When I saw it, I went "No!" It was funny. Then I left this big split.... Again I'll say it: it was funny.
Saturday was also "I beat my coach". Which, I'm glad to say I did. This guy who bowls on my team had like a 220 game. I wanna say it was even higher than that, but I'm not sure if it was or not. I've slept since then.
I thought it was all too awesome that Rhino Page got his first Title on Sunday.
BPAA is coming up, so mum and I are going to bowl in that on Thursday.
Still haven't heard anything from my dad. I need to stop worrying about that.
-Concert-
That's one reason why I haven't been posting as much... we just had our "Winter" concert in band last night, so I've been getting ready for that. It had originally been in Feburary, but something happened and they had to move it. Ohhh yeahhh... And the Linkin Park Concert was awesome.
-Books-
I've been reading a lot lately, so... yet again, one more reason why I haven't posted. I'd say not to count on me posting on Monday through Wednsday of next week, even though it is spring break. Why? Because Maximum Ride: The Final Warning is coming out on Monday. I figure I'll have it read by Tuesday evening, and then spend Wensday being emo 'cause it'll have been the last book.
Well... I've got twenty minutes until I have to leave for school....
Friday My best friend, my boyfriend, my cousin and I all went to the Chiodos, Coheed and Cambria, and Linkin Park concert in the city.
OMG. It was so amazing. We even got autographed posters! How cool is that?! XD
And today...
Today I shot my highest series EVER. A very nice 530. And we totally killed the team we were bowling against. The funny thing was... we're last, next to the Bye team. The team that we bowled was one of the top three, I believe. So, that made it rock all the more awesomely. Wait... what?
Alright... so... I just got this. I'm in it fo rlike... two seconds, and you can't see my face. But my teammate Meghan is in it. She's in the light blue shirt and she gives the camera a nice strike. It was beautiful.

Yup, yup! You read that right. Today at State, they read off a letter (making all us think they were going to sanction HS Bowling) that announced that Feb. 23 in Oklahoma is High School Bowling Day or something like that. I thought that was cool...
Ohey... Speaking of STATE...
We totally mamed the pins today! I mean... Seriously...
Okay, so... I think I told you guys about how last week, we had our highest game (a 234) in regionals. If not, I've just told you. Today, durring Qualifications, we shot a 253. Our new highest game. Pretty awesome, if you ask me. Then... Right after that... we had a 256. Yeah. Another highest game. It was so AWESOME. And that was just Qualifiers. Durring Qualifiers: 32 teams, Male and Female, started bowling. 16 Male, 16 female. By the end of the first round, 8 teams on each side remained. We got first seed in our division with an 8 game series of 1503.
That was so cool.
Something else that was ohsocool...
We bowled until we became the third place in state. Yeah... we lost first and second, but... We did get third! And I'm so proud of the team for that. Our last game was so close, too... Best three out of five, and it was tied going into the fifth game. We lost by nine. BUT IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!
The farthest the girls team at my school had ever made it in State was fifth place. So... Third? OH YES! Of course, there was a little dissapointment, but that's normal, right?
Of course... there was this whole thing with my father not showing up after he said he would (A bit of misscommunication in there, too)... but there's more to that story. And even though that bothered me, I didn't let it affect my bowling. <3
